大陸國家主席習近平昨 (16) 日展開訪問厄瓜多爾、秘魯和智利的拉美行程，周末出席在秘魯利馬舉行的亞太經合組織 (APEC) 峰會。台灣參會代表宋楚瑜早前曾稱會與習「自然互動」，不過國台辦昨 (16) 日打臉宋楚瑜，稱台灣當局不承認「九二共識」，兩岸雙方就不可能進行任何有實質意義的良性互動。

綜合香港明報、中新網、中央社報導，國台辦發言人馬曉光表示，台灣方面人士參加 APEC 會議，必須符合一個中國原則和有關諒解備忘錄的規定，而堅持「九二共識」是兩岸關係和平穩定發展的基礎，台灣當局不承認「九二共識」，兩岸雙方就不可能進行任何有實質意義的良性互動。不僅如此，如果兩岸經濟合作的制度化進程被遲滯，那麼對台灣方面參與區域經濟合作的問題勢必會帶來不利影響。
